What do we offer?
Team building can be a creative way to encourage interaction between members in a work place. Reflectionz offers an opportunity for companies to address these interactions in an innovative way that can be tailored to suit their needs. Equine Assisted Skills Development and Growth (EAL) makes use of ground-based activities in which client’s partner with horses to complete a variety of fun filled tasks. Horses are acutely aware of our non verbal cues (body language), as this is their method of communicating with one another. They are able to interpret our body language and respond in an appropriate manner. There is NO horse riding involved and NO horse experience is necessary.
EAL addresses;
